Design Notes

The toehold switch is designed by using the online software designed by iGEM17 Hong Kong-CUHK team. The SAT mRNA sequence NP_002961.1 was first downloaded from the Influenza Research Database and inputted into the program. The toehold switch with the highest ΔG RBS-Linker was chosen to construct the toehold switch.
